In order to reserve a studio, we require a deposit. Trip cancellation must be received with a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival date or during your stay if your staying with us more then a month or else the deposit is lost. The deposit will be refunded 3-4 days after you left the studio. If there is damage material, broken furniture or that the studio is left dirty, surcharge will be applied and deducted from the deposit.
